Roses Media is a group run by student media groups (York Student Television, University Radio York, LA1TV, Bailrigg FM, Nouse, Student Comment and News) managed by YorkSU and LUSU. For data protection purposes, Roses Media can be contacted through computing.director@ystv.co.uk.

We collect personal information including your name, email address, experience and availability. We also collect special category data around Dietary Requirements and Accessibility requirements.

Your data is stored on a database on an Univerisity of York IT Services Virtual Machine.

We collect your data to be able to crew and run Roses Media for Roses 2026.

We are processing your data under legitimate interest to crew Roses 2026 . Your special category data is processed under consent.

We will retain your personal data until the end of June 2026. Special Category data will be deleted and other data will be anonymised or deleted. If data is publicly facing, such as your full name appearing in credits, it may not be deleted. Your contact details will never be shared publicly.
